Opening For Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive to join our team in Bidhannagar. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 7 years of experience and at least completed their 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products or services. Your goal is to engage them and persuade them to consider our offerings.

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach. You will help grow our customer base by finding new business opportunities.

- Customer Follow-Up: Reach out to previous leads or inquiries to follow up on their interest. Maintaining relationships is key to converting leads into sales.

- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services. Understanding the features and benefits will allow you to confidently address customer questions and objections.

- Sales Reporting: Keep track of sales activities and report progress regularly. Keeping accurate records helps in evaluating performance and strategizing future efforts.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate should possess excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities are essential to close sales successfully. Must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and be self-motivated. A basic understanding of sales principles and customer service is important for success in this role. The individual must also have good listening skills and be adaptable to different customer personalities. Proficiency in using computers and CRM software will be beneficial.
