Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive who can handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
Handle inbound customer queries professionally
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
Maintain accurate call records and customer data
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with sales and internal teams for closures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
25 years of experience as a Tele caller or Tele Sales Executive
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with calling targets and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel
Ability to handle objections and close leads effectively
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Insurance / BFSI / Sales process
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills
