Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive who is skilled in converting client-provided leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with clients, and the confidence to pitch services effectively over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact existing and new leads provided by the company via calls
Understand client requirements and convert leads into sales
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
Pitch products/services clearly and persuasively to clients
Handle client queries and objections professionally
Follow up with potential customers to close deals
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales or inside sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
Confident in pitching and negotiating with customers
Target-oriented with a positive attitude
Good listening skills and problem-solving ability
Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
