about the role

we are looking for a motivated and energetic tele-sales executive to join our team. the candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services, and converting leads into customers.

key responsibilities

make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

explain product/service details clearly and persuasively.

understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline.

achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

maintain call records in crm/excel.

provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries.

required skills

good communication skills (hindi/marathi/english as needed).

ability to convince and handle objections.

basic computer knowledge (crm/excel).

positive attitude and sales-driven mindset.

ability to work under targets.

qualification: 10th / 12th / graduate
