About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

Explain product/service details clearly and persuasively.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain call records in CRM/Excel.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries.

Required Skills

Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English as needed).

Ability to convince and handle objections.

Basic computer knowledge (CRM/Excel).

Positive attitude and sales-driven mindset.

Ability to work under targets.

Eligibility

Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate

Experience: Freshers & experienced both can apply

Age: 1835 years
