Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify, acquire, and convert prospective customers for personal/ business/ home loans/ LAP products.
Conduct market research to generate leads through field visits, digital channels, referrals, and partnerships.
Present loan options and product features to customers with complete clarity and professionalism.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across loan categories.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide end-to-end support from lead generation to loan disbursal.
Assist customers with documentation, eligibility checks, and application submission.
3. Loan Processing & Disbursal Support:
Coordinate with underwriting, credit, and operations teams to ensure fast and smooth loan processing.
Verify customer documents as per KYC norms and internal policies.
Proactively follow up on loan applications to ensure timely approval and disbursal.
