Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets for our credit card offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers via phone to promote credit card products and services.

Conduct outbound calls to identify customer needs and offer suitable credit card solutions.

Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers, answering any queries.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into successful sales.

Follow-up with prospective customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales.

Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer objections effectively.

Upsell additional products or services where applicable.

Work closely with the sales team to improve sales strategies and ensure team goals are met.

Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotional offers, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in financial services or credit cards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to persuade and influence customers.

Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.

Good knowledge of customer service practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Basic knowledge of credit card products and financial services (preferred).

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).

Skills:

Strong verbal communication skills.

Persuasive and negotiable sales approach.

Problem-solving and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.
