Freshers: LPA + incentives + medical insurance

Experienced: 33K 34K (with documents)

Retention Bonus: up to 13,800

Telemarketing Executive (Chandigarh):

CTC: 17K 24K + incentives (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Executive (Field Sales):

Meet business owners & pitch for services

Generate leads & onboard new clients

Explain membership packages & close deals

Upload geo-tagged photos of client businesses

Submit daily sales reports & ensure contract activation

Telemarketing Executive (Inside Sales):

Make outbound sales calls to potential clients

Pitch membership packages & convert leads

Follow up with clients & close sales over phone

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain records in CRM Role & responsibilities
