Call students and parents regarding courses and admissions

Explain university programs and services

Follow up with interested leads

Maintain call records and update CRM

Handle WhatsApp and phone inquiries professionally

Coordinate with the counseling team

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi & English

Basic computer knowledge

Confident speaking and convincing skills
