- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers: You will be responsible for making calls to potential customers to promote products or services and generate leads.

- Maintain call records and update CRM: It is essential to maintain accurate records of all calls made and received, as well as update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers: You will need to follow up with customers who have shown interest in the products or services, answer any additional questions they may have, and keep them engaged.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets: As a Telecalling Executive, you will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
