- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers: You will be responsible for making calls to potential customers to promote products or services and generate leads.- Handle incoming calls from customers: You will be required to answer incoming calls from customers, address their inquiries, and provide necessary information.- Maintain call records and update CRM: It is essential to maintain accurate records of all calls made and received, as well as update customer information in the CRM system.- Follow up with customers: You will need to follow up with customers who have shown interest in the products or services, answer any additional questions they may have, and keep them engaged.- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets: As a Telecalling Executive, you will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.Required Skills and Expectations:- Excellent communication skills: You should have strong verbal communication skills and be able to engage customers effectively over the phone.- Basic computer skills: Proficiency in using basic computer applications like MS Office and CRM software.- Customer service orientation: Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.- Time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to achieve targets.- Positive attitude and willingness to learn: A positive outlook, willingness to learn new technologies, and adapt to changes in the work environment.
