Tele Calling Executive
Location: Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore
Experience: 03 years
Qualification: Any Graduate (with relevant experience)
Employment Type: Full-time In Office
10 am to 6 pm; Monday to Saturday
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data
Explain products/services clearly and confidently
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales (if applicable)
Maintain accurate call records and customer details
Handle customer queries and objections politely
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Coordinate with sales/operations team for order processing or follow-ups
Key Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills in English + Hindi Mandatory
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer support
Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, healthcare, or service sales
