key responsibilities

make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

clearly explain products/services and their benefits.

handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

maintain call logs, follow-ups, and customer interaction records.

meet daily and monthly targets as assigned.

build and maintain strong customer relationships.

eligibility criteria

minimum qualification: 12th pass (graduation preferred).

freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.

good verbal communication skills in hindi/english.

basic computer knowledge.
