Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

Clearly explain products/services and their benefits.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and customer interaction records.

Meet daily and monthly targets as assigned.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).

Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.

Good verbal communication skills in Hindi/English.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
