We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and hardworking Telecaller to join our team immediately. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for explaining our services/products and converting leads into successful appointments or sales.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database.
Lead Generation: Explain products/services clearly and generate interest.
Follow-ups: Maintain a record of calls and follow up with interested leads to close the deal.
Data Management: Update the CRM or excel sheets with accurate customer information and call status.
Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly calling/conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Persistence: A never-give-up attitude and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Experience: 02 years of experience (Freshers with great communication are welcome!).
Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with smartphones, MS Excel
