We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and hardworking Telecaller to join our team immediately. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for explaining our services/products and converting leads into successful appointments or sales.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database.Lead Generation: Explain products/services clearly and generate interest.Follow-ups: Maintain a record of calls and follow up with interested leads to close the deal.Data Management: Update the CRM or excel sheets with accurate customer information and call status.Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly calling/conversion targets.Required Skills & QualificationsCommunication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.Persistence: A never-give-up attitude and the ability to handle rejection professionally.Experience: 02 years of experience (Freshers with great communication are welcome!).Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with smartphones, MS Excel
