Hiring Freshers || Telecalling Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecaller Staff to join our team in Dwarka Sector 15. This role requires a dedicated individual with good communication skills to interact with potential customers and provide information about our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Making Outbound Calls:** You will be responsible for calling potential clients and introducing our offerings, aiming to generate interest and drive sales.

- **Customer Assistance:** Responding to inquiries and providing detailed information about our services is key to ensure customers have a clear understanding of what we offer.

- **Handling Objections:** You should be able to address and resolve any concerns or objections that potential customers may have, ensuring a positive interaction.

- **Maintaining Records:** Keeping accurate records of calls made, customer feedback, and follow-up actions is essential for tracking lead conversion rates.

- **Collaborating with Team Members:** Working closely with other team members and sharing insights can help improve overall performance and customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should be a female with a minimum of a 12th-grade education. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential, as you will be interacting with a variety of clients. Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice are crucial for effectively conveying information. Additionally, basic computer skills are necessary for entering data and maintaining caller records. Previous experience in telecalling is a plus but is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. A proactive approach and the ability to work in a target-driven environment are highly valued.
