Job Responsibilities-

*Answer inbound calls from customers and provide them with the information they need

*Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and collect customer feedback

*Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

*Update customer account information in the company’s database

*Transfer callers to the appropriate department or take messages when necessary

*Identify sales opportunities and pitch products and services to customers

*Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times
