We are looking for some customer care Executive for the process of Snap deal. Candidate should be Excellent in English. And 21 days is training period; training stipend is 300 per day.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. A professional approach in answering calls and provides information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressed thereof.
2. Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
3. Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressed.
SKILLS:
• Minimum 10+2 with 60% marks
• Fresher/Experienced both will consider.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle the pressure.
• Computer skills.
• Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
• Rotational shifts.
