Work Schedule: (Monday - Friday: 10 AM - 7 PM)

Pay: up to 10,000 per month

At We Love Digital Marketing we are looking for an engaging Tele caller to boost services by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the telecaller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience. The candidate would also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.

To be successful as a telecaller, one should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings. A remarkable telecaller will suggest ways in which clients' feedback can be utilized to improve our services.

Responsibilities -

Engage prospective clients through outbound calls to introduce our services and products, creating lasting impressions and building trust.

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries, offering accurate information and addressing concerns effectively.

Keep detailed records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy for follow-ups and reporting.

Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly engagement targets, contributing to team success.

Build and nurture positive client relationships to foster brand loyalty.

Telecaller Requirements:

0-1 year Tele calling in sales, or a similar role.

0-1 yrs of B2B sales or lead generation is preferred

Excellent verbal skills in English, with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively.

Knowledge of Hindi and Bengali language is a requirement.

Proactive, resilient, detail-oriented, and confident in managing client interactions professionally.

Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.

Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.

Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.

Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
