Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our Real Estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective clients, explaining real estate projects, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided data

Explain property details, project features, pricing, and offers clearly

Generate and follow up on leads for residential/commercial properties

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team

Maintain accurate call records and customer details in CRM

Handle customer queries and provide timely information

Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets

Follow up with interested clients until closure

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Good communication skills in Hindi (English/regional language is a plus)

Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage (training will be provided)

Ability to convince and negotiate with clients

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support

Comfortable with calling and talking to new customers

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
