The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective clients, explaining real estate projects, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided dataExplain property details, project features, pricing, and offers clearlyGenerate and follow up on leads for residential/commercial propertiesSchedule site visits and coordinate with the sales teamMaintain accurate call records and customer details in CRMHandle customer queries and provide timely informationAchieve daily/weekly calling and lead targetsFollow up with interested clients until closureRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferredGood communication skills in Hindi (English/regional language is a plus)Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage (training will be provided)Ability to convince and negotiate with clientsBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)Target-oriented and self-motivatedPreferred Candidate Profile:Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer supportComfortable with calling and talking to new customersPositive attitude and willingness to learnSalary & Benefits:Fixed salary + attractive incentivesPerformance-based bonusesTraining and growth opportunitiesFriendly and supportive work environmentWorking Hours:9:30 AM 6:30 PM (6 days working)
