Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller (Sales Team) role based in Ghaziabad.
The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting prospective customers through outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and understanding customer requirements to recommend suitable residential and commercial property options. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, scheduling site visits for the sales team, sharing project information via phone, WhatsApp, and email, and maintaining regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into successful site visits and bookings.
The Telecaller will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM or lead management tools. The role requires close coordination with the sales team, project partners, and internal departments to ensure timely communication and an excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and persuasion skills, be target-oriented, and contribute towards achieving daily calling targets, monthly site visit goals, and overall business growth. The role also includes participating in promotional campaigns, lead generation activities, and representing Propcotage Realtors LLP with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication will be an added advantage.
Strong customer relationship skills with the ability to understand client requirements and build trust over phone conversations.
Confident in handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining property details, resolving customer queries, and scheduling site visits.
Good persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills with a target-driven approach.
Ability to maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and daily calling activities.
Prior experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, BPO, or Real Estate Sales is preferred; however, freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass). A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, including coordination with the sales team for client meetings and property site visits whenever required.
