supporting marketing activities through mailing and cold calling.

regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.

meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization.

stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.

identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services.

build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.

establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.

keep a record of every customer interaction and sales activities.

making outbound calls for generating leads.

ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with clients.

telecaller requirements:

graduation or equivalent

priorly experience working as a tele caller or in a similar role

having done a sales-related training program

knowledgeable with computers

excellent verbal and written communication skills.

having the capability to receive critics without internalizing them.

should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.

minimum qualification requirements:

graduation / bachelor's degree.

kindly note :

30 days notice period

6 months probation period

salary range – rs- 15,000- 20,000/- per month (additional incentive on performance)
