The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers/clients to generate sales, provide information, collect feedback, or schedule appointments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic computer knowledge.

Make outbound calls to business owners, shopkeepers, or sales professionals.

Explain features and benefits of the app in a clear and convincing way.

Help users register, download, and start using the app.

Follow up with interested leads and maintain engagement.

Collect feedback and report customer suggestions or issues.

Maintain accurate call logs, feedback, and user details.

Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
