Key Responsibilities

Call and connect with potential insurance agents from the provided database

Explain agent onboarding process, commissions, payouts & benefits

Verify eligibility and documentation of agents

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding & activation

Follow up regularly with interested candidates

Maintain daily call reports and lead status

Achieve daily/weekly targets

Skills Required

Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

Confidence in speaking over calls

Convincing & follow-up ability

Basic MS Excel / CRM knowledge

Insurance industry knowledge is a plus
