🔹 Key Responsibilities

€¢ Call and connect with potential insurance agents from the provided database

€¢ Explain agent onboarding process, commissions, payouts & benefits

€¢ Verify eligibility and documentation of agents

€¢ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding & activation

€¢ Follow up regularly with interested candidates

€¢ Maintain daily call reports and lead status

€¢ Achieve daily/weekly targets

🔹 Skills Required

œ” Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

œ” Confidence in speaking over calls

œ” Convincing & follow-up ability

œ” Basic MS Excel / CRM knowledge

œ” Insurance industry knowledge is a plus
