Telecaller - Full Time - Freshers

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team in Ranchi. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in communicating with potential customers and providing information about our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outbound Calls**: You will be responsible for contacting potential clients through phone calls to inform them about our offerings, ensuring clarity and professionalism in your communication.

- **Identify Customer Needs**: Understanding the requirements and preferences of customers will help in effectively addressing their inquiries and promoting relevant products.

- **Maintain Customer Records**: Accurate documentation of interactions with customers is essential. You will be expected to update our database with customer information and feedback after each call.

- **Follow-Up Calls**: Consistent follow-up with leads is important. You will reach out to previous contacts to gauge their interest and assist them in making informed decisions.

- **Achieve Sales Targets**: You will work towards achieving daily or monthly sales goals by actively promoting our products and converting leads into sales.
