job description:

we are hiring a motivated and confident **tele caller** to support our sales efforts. the ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and converting prospects into customers.

key responsibilities:

- make outbound calls to potential customers.

- explain and promote products/services over the phone.

- handle inquiries and provide accurate information.

- maintain records of calls and customer information.

- follow up with leads and close sales.

- achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- coordinate with the field sales team when needed.

requirements:

- qualification: 12th pass or graduate (any stream)

- good communication skills in hindi (basic english is a plus)

- confident, positive attitude, and persuasive nature

- basic computer skills (excel, whatsapp, crm tools)

- local candidates from shahpura or nearby preferred
