Hiring Fresher / Telecaller / 10th Pass

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Boisar West, Mumbai. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience. A minimum education level of 10th pass is required.

As a Telecaller, your main responsibility will be to make outgoing calls to potential customers and provide them with information about our products or services. You will engage with customers, answer their questions, and help them with their inquiries. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions to ensure effective follow-up.

Key responsibilities include:

Patience and a friendly attitude when dealing with customers are important. Being organized and detail-oriented will help you keep track of calls and follow-ups. Basic computer skills for data entry and accessing customer records are also necessary.
