Make daily 75 to 100 calls & Maintain XLS reports
Use Social Media - Facebook, Instagram to promote services
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and MSME ZED processing activities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly telecalling and MSME ZED Certificate targets.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to streamline the ZED certificate process.
