Telecaller - Full Time

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team in Borivali West. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone and guiding them through our services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outbound Calls:** Reach out to potential clients from a provided list, introducing our services and capturing their interest.

- **Listener:** Actively listen to customers’ needs and concerns to provide them with accurate information and appropriate solutions.

- **Data Entry:** Maintain an updated record of calls made and client feedback in our database for tracking progress and improving strategies.

- **Follow-Up:** Regularly follow up with leads to answer any questions and encourage them to consider our offerings.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather client feedback on products and services to help the team enhance customer experience.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Candidates should have completed at least the 12th grade. A higher educational background may be an advantage but is not mandatory.

- Effective communication skills are essential to articulate information clearly and engagingly while handling customer inquiries.

- Prior experience is not necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial.
