About the Role

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to connect with businesses, tourism partners, and service providers across India. You will play a key role in communication, information gathering, relationship building, and supporting the expansion of Movodream's travel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Contact businesses, hotels, restaurants, attractions, and service providers across India.

Build and maintain professional relationships with partners.

Collect, verify, and update business information accurately.

Explain Movodream's platform and partnership opportunities.

Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up activities.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate data and smooth communication.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

Confident and professional telephone etiquette.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to achieve daily productivity targets.

Previous telecalling, customer support, or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
