Job Responsibilities

Call students from the given leads and explain the admission process & cashback benefits.

Convince students to take admission through our website.

Guide students through registration and application steps.

Maintain a daily call and conversion record.

Required Skills

Good communication skills (Hindi and English).

Confidence in speaking over the phone.

Basic computer knowledge & ability to work on CRM/Excel.

Sales and persuasion skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹ per month (in-hand).

Incentives: ₹1,000 - ₹1500 for every successful admission.

Performance-based bonuses available.

Timings: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
