Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and market research.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads
• Explain products/services, explain features and identify customer requirements
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, or messages
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into leads
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve monthly targets
• Participate in client meetings, reviews, and sales presentations
