Looking For Tele Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to pharmacies, distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to promote pharmaceutical products.

Generate new sales leads and convert them into orders.

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.

Maintain a database of customers and update CRM regularly.

Follow up with existing customers to ensure repeat orders.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the logistics and accounts teams for order processing and payments.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.

Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
