Job Description

As a Tele Sales Officer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide information about products, and close sales.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Making outbound calls to prospective customers: You will be tasked with reaching out to potential customers to introduce them to our products and services.

2. Providing product information: You will need to have a good understanding of our products and services in order to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

3. Closing sales: Your goal will be to persuade customers to make a purchase or sign up for our services through effective sales techniques.

4. Meeting sales targets: You will be expected to meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.

The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and have a persuasive attitude. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. A 12th pass education level is necessary for this role. This is a full-time position based in Sudhama Nagar, Bangalore, and the candidate should be comfortable working from the office.
