Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our products/services.
Understand customer needs and address their inquiries effectively.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our database.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets.
Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies.
Assist in generating leads and setting appointments for the sales team.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (any field) preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
