job summary:

we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven telecaller to join our dynamic team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls, promoting products/services, addressing inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. this role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle objections professionally.

key responsibilities:

make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information.

follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.

build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

address customer queries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner.

maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and follow-ups in the crm system.

collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement.

ensure adherence to company policies and compliance regulations.

required skills & qualifications:

education: high school,diploma or equivalent (degree in any field is a plus).

experience: prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

communication: excellent verbal skills in [mention language(s) required].

skills: strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

resilience: ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
