Key Responsibilities
Call potential customers using the data and leads provided by the company
Contact every lead generated through social media campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing activities
Understand customer requirements and explain services clearly
Maintain proper follow-up with interested prospects
Convert inquiries into confirmed business opportunities
Maintain records of calls, responses, and lead status
Coordinate with the internal team for closing leads
