Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic tele callers for our outbound process. If you have passed your 12th or are currently pursuing it, and you are eager to kick-start your career in the fast-paced world of customer interaction, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce the company's products/services, and explain benefits.

€¢ Follow up on leads and close sales or generate appointments for the sales team.

€¢ Maintain an updated database of customer information.

€¢ Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving any issues.

€¢ Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team lead.

Skills & Qualifications:

€¢ 12th passed or pursuing.

€¢ Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

€¢ Confident, with the ability to persuade and convince potential customers.

€¢ Basic computer knowledge.

€¢ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

€¢ Good team player.
