• appointment setting: schedule appointments, demos, or consultations for interested prospects with our sales representatives.
• maintain records: maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the customer relationship management (crm) system.
• follow-up: implement a strategic follow-up process to nurture leads through the sales funnel. maintain regular contact to keep prospects engaged.
• qualification: qualify leads based on budget, timeline, decision-making authority, and alignment with our offerings.
• achieve targets: meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
• collaboration: collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for further conversion.
requirements:
- high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or lead generation.
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
