Job Title: Telecaller Immigration Services
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining immigration programs, and generating leads for visa services such as Canada PR, Australia PR, UK Work Permit, and other global immigration pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data.
Handle inbound inquiries regarding immigration services.
Provide accurate information about visa programs (., PR, study visa, work permit, visitor visa).
Schedule appointments for consultation with immigration consultants.
Maintain and update client database in CRM.
Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or immigration consultancy preferred.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets.
Experience:
06 Months3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
