Tele Counselor - Noida (Female Candidates Required)

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to convert enquiries into appointments and treatment bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be persuasive without being pushy, and have a passion for helping patients choose the right aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities

Call leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, website, and walk-in enquiries.

Explain clinic services, treatment benefits, offers, and packages.

Convert enquiries into consultation appointments.

Follow up with interested patients until conversion.

Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.

Address patient concerns regarding treatments, pricing, downtime, and expected results.

Coordinate with doctors and front desk for appointment scheduling.

Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.

Follow up with missed appointments and inactive patients.

Upsell and cross-sell suitable treatments to existing patients.

Achieve monthly appointment and revenue targets.

Build long-term patient relationships through regular follow-ups.

Required Skills

Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Good listening and objection-handling skills.

Pleasant and professional phone etiquette.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM).

Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
