Job Summary: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating leads. Your role will involve making outbound calls, engaging with clients, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists.

€¢ Explain our products/services and address any questions or concerns.

€¢ Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.

€¢ Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our database.

€¢ Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.

€¢ Meet or exceed monthly call and sales targets.

€¢ Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies.

€¢ Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service and sales processes.

Qualifications:

€¢ Graduation or 12TH Pass
