Explain our products/services and address any questions or concerns. Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our database. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner. Meet or exceed monthly call and sales targets. Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies.
