Job Description of Telecaller:

Responsibilities:

€¢ Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services.

€¢ Provide information about services, answer queries, and resolve issues.

€¢ Calling clients for business tie ups.

€¢ Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases.

€¢ Conduct surveys and gather feedback from customers.

€¢ Maintaining & sharing daily reports

Skills Required:

€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

€¢ Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.

€¢ Basic computer skills

Requirements:

€¢ Graduate

€¢ Fresher/Experienced

€¢ Experience in Transport/Logistics industry is added advantage

€¢ Presentable & should have go getter attitude
