Responsibilities

€¢ Making calls on data provided by the company

€¢ Understand the property investment/ buying need and then accordingly educate the prospect regarding the properties which match with their budgets and expectations.

€¢ Having a good understanding of the connectivity, amenities, locations and the configuration.

€¢ Continuous upgrading oneself on the neighbouring projects.

€¢ Inviting the prospects for the site visit.

€¢ Staying in touch with the prospects till the prospect buys the property.

€¢ Interpersonal Skills - Communication, Rapport Building, Persuasion, Probing.

€¢ Good understanding on using Excel sheets.

Other Requirements

€¢ Qualification €“ HSC, Graduate.

€¢ Years of experience - 6 months plus in real estate calling.
