Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and support our business by making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our products or services, and helping to generate sales or leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers or leads to promote and sell products or services.

2. Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries, provide relevant information, and explain features or benefits of products/services.

3. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads, qualify them, and ensure proper follow-up.

4. Data Entry: Record customer interactions, update CRM systems with details, and track the progress of leads or sales.

5. Sales Goals: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, appointments scheduled, or sales closed.

6. Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.

7. Upselling: Cross-sell or up-sell additional products or services to customers.

8. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer conversations and sales activity.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in the relevant language(s).

* Customer Service Orientation: Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs.

* Sales Skills: Experience in selling, persuasive abilities, and goal-oriented approach.

* Tech-Savvy: Basic computer knowledge, proficiency with CRM tools and data entry systems.

* Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer objections and find solutions that meet their needs.

* Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple calls or queries while maintaining a professional attitude.

* Attention to Detail: Accurately record customer data and track progress.

Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred .
