Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Outbound/Cold Calling: Proactively calling prospective customers to introduce company products or services.
Inbound Query Resolution: Handling incoming calls from customers needing assistance, information, or support.
Lead Generation & Sales: Following up on leads to convert potential prospects into sales.
Relationship Management: Building rapport with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Data Management: Maintaining accurate and updated records of customer conversations and data in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls made and sales closed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in the required languages.
Interpersonal Skills: Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle rejections professionally.
Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
