Telecaller (Freshers) Mohali

We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller to join our team in Dera Bassi, Mohali. This full-time role is suitable for female candidates who have completed their 12th grade. As a Tele Caller, you will engage with potential customers through phone calls and promote our offerings.

Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining our services, and assisting customers with any inquiries. You will need to effectively communicate information and actively listen to clients’ needs to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will handle follow-up calls and maintain records of customer interactions for future reference.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients. You should be comfortable with a target-oriented work environment and have a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting are essential.

This is a work-from-office position. Candidates should have a basic understanding of phone etiquette and customer service principles. Your willingness to take the initiative and work hard will be crucial in achieving goals.
