Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Ayurvedic products and services offered by Olumpus Infotech.
Product Knowledge: Explain the benefits and features of Ayurvedic products to customers in a clear and convincing manner.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential customer leads through calls.
Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to ensure conversion.
Customer Query Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and resolve their issues or escalate them to the relevant department if necessary.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales in the system.
Requirements:
Education Qualification: Minimum 10th or 12th pass; Freshers are welcome.
Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operations and ability to use CRM software.
Personality: Positive attitude, polite demeanor, and good convincing skills.
