We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Moti Nagar, Delhi. This role is suitable for females who have recently completed their 12th grade and are eager to start their career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Make Outbound Calls**: You will contact potential clients to introduce our products and services, aiming to generate interest and leads.

2. **Assist in Customer Inquiries**: You will handle incoming queries from customers, providing them with relevant information and support to foster positive relationships.

3. **Record Call Details**: It is essential to maintain accurate logs of calls, noting customer feedback and issues that arise to help improve our services.

4. **Follow Up with Clients**: You will reach out to prospects who have shown interest previously, providing them with timely reminders and addressing any concerns.

5. **Work with the Sales Team**: You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure that the leads are effectively followed up and converted into sales.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and have a pleasant phone manner. Basic computer skills are required for data entry and record-keeping. You should be proactive and able to work comfortably both individually and as part of a team.
